New Product Launch Direct Mail Package that included sales letter, samples and sell sheet, mailed to Dialysis Clinics. 

Challenge:  Intensely busy Dialysis Clinics - how to gain their attention to consider a new glove choice.  

Strategy:  Appeal to their desire for comfort and safety.  Present new glove as a purer, safer choice.  Employed the use of a "Fax-Back" sales letter.   No need to fill out a reply card - just fax back the letter and the sales rep has all of the necessary information to follow up.
